With a strong background in antique, estate, farm, liquidation, and general auctions, Schumacher’s has helped families and businesses dispose of valuables and real estate for more than 40 years.
OUR OWNER
Dave Schumacher has been an auctioneer for more than 40 years. He also works with many of the local non-profit organizations and county fairs and is a member of the Illinois State Auctioneers. In his spare time, Dave is a farm broadcaster for 550 KTRS radio in St Louis. He has been with the station for over 15 years and has received numerous awards including the Agri-Business Leader of the year.

Before the Sale
It all starts with a free evaluation of your estate. We’ll supply you with a breakdown of the costs and options for your auction. We’ll show you how to maximize the return on the liquidation of your assets. Are your needs best served by a Consignment Auction? Real Estate Offering? Industrial or Commercial Auction? We can guide you through the process.
We’ll work hard to ensure maximum exposure for your items prior to and the best presentation possible during the sale. We can help you plan and layout property, provide signage to the sale site and get information to prospective buyers. Of course, we can provide tents and on-site equipment even bathroom facilities if needed. You’ll find we get things done efficiently and on time.
During the Sale
Our staff can handle any and all aspects of your sale, whether on site or online. We know just how to present your estate items in order to get the best results possible.
After the Sale
The staff at Schumacher Auction Service ties up all the loose ends, so you don’t have to, especially when geography keeps you too far from the auction. We work with all the parties to close in the region.
