TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
All merchandise must be paid in full on the date of the sale. A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to all successful bids and is payable by the purchaser as part of the total purchase cost. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Personal Checks (if we know you), and Cash. There will be a $30.00 service charge for returned checks.
All items are sold “as, is; where is” with no guarantees written or implied. Bidders must rely solely upon their inspection of auction items before purchasing. Buyer is responsible for all items once purchased.
All items must be picked-up and removed within 5 days of the sale. Winning bidders must be prepared to load and transport or make shipping arrangements on all items at their own expense. In the event items are not removed within this specified time frame following the auction, items will automatically be forfeited without refund or credit.
